This industrial complex was built, project managed and supervised by Icon Building & Construction. This development consisted of purpose built spaces for Good Year Service Centre, a gym and retail outlet.
This development was constructed using concrete piers as the foundation with slab on ground, tilt-up concrete wall panels & metal deck roof.
