One of the largest commercial projects completed to date by Icon Building and Construction, is the Gregory Hills Business Centre located in Gledswood Hills. This building boasts a prime location on the corner of Camden Valley Way and Gregory Hills Drive.
This bulky goods complex comprises of 32 tenancies, with a mix of large and small retail spaces, a variety of restaurants and cafes, a large well-known local supermarket Grima Bros, first floor office suites, a reputable medical centre and service station.
The centre has 421 car spaces, including basement parking.
This build was constructed using precast walls, columns, beams and floor planks, and was completed just over 12 Months.
Icon Building and Construction was employed as the Project Management team, as well as providing the hands-on build and construction of the complex.
We were also employed to complete various fitouts for some of the tenancies at the complex, including Officeworks, Supercheap Auto and Pet Stock.
