PROJECT SCOPE
A small bulky goods centre along Gregory Hills drive in Gledswood Hills, this centre comprises of 7 tenancies.
Due to poor soil conditions, screw piles were used to provide an ideal foundation. The construction of this commercial building then included the use of precast concrete walls and finished with metal decking roof.
Today this centre provides space to a gym, retailers and popular food venue Frangos Gregory Hills.
