Ausreo, a specialist in reinforcing steel and accessories resides in this purpose built warehouse constructed by the team at Icon Building & Construction.
Icon Building oversaw the project management along with the hands-on build of this project.
As a multinational company, there were many aspects of this space that Icon Building & Construction had to follow to meet Ausreo’s requirements. Ausreo use this space as a fabrication & dispatch centre servicing the south west area. The warehouse covers a total of 1600square metres of floor space, which was built using tilt up concrete panel walls, slab on ground and metal deck roof. This project also involved the installation of an overhead girder crane.
