Purpose built 46 place child care centre, constructed from tilt-up concrete panels, steel frame and metal deck roof with associated carpark.

Renovations and extension of an existing shopping centre creating an additional five retail shops and associated parking.

Five storey commercial building using precast concrete panels and conventional floor slabs. Purpose built for medical use incorporating a retail shop with passenger lift, above ground parking and car stackers.
ANARIA MEDICAL PRACTICE, MIRANDA 2009

Three storey medical practice with residence above and basement car park below ground. A modern design with a passenger lift, stack stone facade, a mix of polished timber & polished concrete floors and key card security.

Fifth floor addition, creating 3 additional suites, with glass curtain wall cladding. This project also involved the removal and replacement of 2 passenger lifts, and the creation of 2 tenancies to ground and third floor.
